As Alencast, our Quality Department works meticulously at every stage of our production processes to keep the quality of our products and customer satisfaction at the highest level. Our quality control processes cover all production stages from raw materials to final products and provide high standards of quality assurance.

Input Quality Control

The input quality control process is carried out to ensure the quality of the raw materials and components to be used for production. In this process, raw materials received from suppliers are meticulously examined and their compliance with the determined quality standards is checked. Input quality control is a critical step to ensure quality at the beginning of the production process and to prevent the use of faulty materials.

Raw Material Analysis

Raw material analysis is carried out to determine the chemical and physical properties of the raw materials used. The Spectro Analyzer in our Quality Department analyzes the composition of the raw materials precisely. This device is used to verify the chemical purity of the raw materials and their compliance with quality standards. Raw material analysis forms the basis of quality assurance in the production process.

Production Control

Production control includes quality controls performed at every stage of the production process. During this process, the conformity of the manufactured parts to the specified quality criteria is continuously monitored and evaluated. Operators on the production line and quality control specialists work in close cooperation to ensure that the production process continues uninterruptedly and with high quality. Production control ensures that faulty products are detected early and the necessary corrective measures are taken.

Quality Control of Final Products

Quality control of final products is a comprehensive inspection process carried out at the end of the production process. At this stage, the manufactured parts are meticulously examined and tested according to all quality criteria. Final quality control ensures that the products to be delivered to customers are defect-free and of high quality. This process is of critical importance to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain our reputation in the sector.

Spectro Analyzer

The Spectro Analyzer in our Quality Department is an advanced technology that precisely analyzes the chemical composition of raw materials and manufactured parts. This device is used to verify the chemical purity and quality standards of materials in the production process. The spectro analyzer allows us to constantly control the production quality by providing high accuracy and reliability.

Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process

In our Quality Department, advanced product quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP) applications are carried out. APQP is a comprehensive approach used to ensure that quality requirements are met in the product development process. This planning process ensures quality at all stages from the design of products to production.
PPAP is an approval process used to verify the compliance and consistency of our production processes with quality standards. This process is performed to document that production parts meet customer requirements and are ready for mass production. PPAP is a critical step to increase customer satisfaction and maintain consistently high product quality.
