As Alencast, we have established a modern and well-organized Molding Department within our factory in order to ensure the efficiency and order of our production processes. This department plays a critical role in the storage, protection and transfer of aluminum molds we receive from companies to the production line.

The metal injection press in our automation park is a high-tech device that offers high precision and efficiency. This press enables the production of parts with complex and precise geometries by injecting aluminum and zamak alloys into molds under high pressure. Our metal injection press provides high repeatability and accuracy, and contributes to the production of quality and reliable products.

Molding Department Storage

In our molding department, the aluminum molds we receive from companies are meticulously stored. Our storage area is designed to ensure that the molds are stored safely and regularly.
