With over 40 years of experience, we operate in the pressure aluminum metal injection and zamak casting sector. The knowledge and expertise we have gained during this period has always guided us in providing better service and increasing customer satisfaction. With our experienced staff and advanced technology, we offer reliable solutions even in the most complex projects.
Modern and Large Production Facility
As Alencast, we manufacture in our 4000 m² modern factory. This new facility is equipped with the latest technology and makes our production processes more efficient and high quality. With our annual casting capacity of 1200 tons, we can respond to the needs of our customers quickly and effectively. In our factory, we can perform aluminum and zamak alloy castings from 5 grams to 10 kilograms using cold chamber metal injection presses.
Comprehensive Range of Services
As Alencast, we do not only offer casting services; we also offer comprehensive solutions to our customers with services such as mold design and manufacturing, quality control, and surface treatments. After the casting process, we meticulously perform quality and spectral value controls of the parts and carry out surface sandblasting, vibration, polishing, painting and coating processes in-house. In this way, we deliver high-quality parts to our customers that are ready for assembly.
